Apple Chutney



Ingredients:
• 1 Big Green Apple (Chutney apple will be available specially, with more sourness)
• 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Cardamom
• 2 Bay leaves
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 2 tbsp Water
How to make Apple Chutney:
• Peel off and cut the apples into small pieces.
• Grind with little water.
• Heat oil in pan and add cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.
• Add apples, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder.
• When the mixture is cooked, add sugar and salt.
• Cook for 3 minutes.
• Apple Chutney is ready.
